Performance Analysis

As Transcription is the first stage of Speech Recognition performance tuning, our staff can offer utterance categorization/tagging to facilitate the tuning cycle. If we are provided the valid utterances and categories, we can also provide Out of Grammar (OOG) tagging in the transcription report.
